DESCRIPTION:FROM WESTMORELAND SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA:\nDear Members of the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra Family,\nFor 51 years the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra has performed, educated, and enriched the lives of thousands of our neighbors. We recognize as our highest priority the safety and well-being of our patrons, musicians, and staff. The Executive Committee met on March 23rd to discuss our upcoming concert Italian Opera Fest on April 25, 2020. In light of the growing number of cases in our region and a continued abundance of caution, the committee has decided to POSTPONE this concert.\nPlease know that we are very grateful for each and every person involved with the symphony from single ticket buyers, subscribers, donors, volunteers, and so many more people. We would not be the orchestra we are today without your continued support.  Please know at this moment we are working to select a new date for this concert which will be prudent for all. Likewise, we have also POSTPONED our annual gala, Roaring Rhapsody, originally scheduled for May 1, 2020, to September 25, 2020.\nFor additional details, please visit Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra.\n
