This presentation will be one of three in our 250th Westmoreland County anniversary series being held at the Rostraver Township Historical Society this year.
In this presentation we will take a look at early Fortifications that early pioneers in this area would build on the Frontier of Western Pennsylvania 1758-1795. During this time period settlers would be subjected to constant threat of attacks from Native American warriors. Presentation will be done by Stuart D. Boyd.
